Product description
Branded mailer bags are a specialised packaging solution for e-commerce, retail, logistics and consumer-goods businesses. Made from LDPE/HDPE with 3-layer co-extrusion, the bags are flexible, tear-resistant and waterproof, and keep their shape throughout shipping. A tamper-evident adhesive strip guarantees a secure, absolute seal – customers can only open the bag by tearing it, preventing any unwanted tampering.
The bags can be printed with your logo, company details or a custom design that follows your brand identity. 6–8 colour gravure printing reproduces fine details sharply, boosting recognition and professionalism from the very first glance. Depending on your needs, the bags can also include a document pouch, gusset, handles or a zip.

Yes. S-Pack prints logos, brand colours, QR codes or any custom design using gravure or flexo printing – up to 12 colours (6 per side), with hot-foil stamping and a print area of up to 100% of the bag. If you don’t have artwork yet, S-Pack can design it for you, or you can create a mock-up with our Online packaging design tool.
The MOQ depends on size and material – for example, branded mailer bags start from 200 kg, and S-Pack handles orders from 5,000 to hundreds of thousands of pieces per month. Our test printing & sampling service produces physical samples so you can check colour and quality before mass production.
